The basics

By ordering from Snug Travelsyou agree to these terms. Prices are in US dollars. When we run a sale, the struck-through price shows the product's regular price outside the sale. The price you see at checkout is always the price you pay.

Orders

We may decline or cancel an order (and refund you) if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in obvious error. If we cancel, you pay nothing.

The 30-night trial

Our returns and trial terms are set out on the Returns page and form part of these terms.

Product use & safety

The Snug Hood is a comfort product, not safety equipment. It is not a child-restraint device and is not crash-tested. It must never interfere with a seatbelt or a car-seat harness. Use it for comfort when seated safely. See the FAQ for the full safety note.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
